As an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs, Massage Therapy has also proven beneficial for many chronic conditions, including low back pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, head aches, stiff neck, poor circulation, depression, and more.

Muscular Therapy Muscular therapy incorporates elements of many techniques to reduce muscular tension, increase range of motion and relaxation, and achieve better balance within the body. Every session is tailored to meet the needs of the client and addresses specific concerns for what is needed that day.

Sports Massage Sports Massage is designed for active people who engage in athletics. Sports Massage enhances performance by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery time.

  * Pre Event - A great way to prepare for athletic events, which stimulates circulation, increases range of motion, and prepares the athlete for maximum performance.
  * Post Event - Treatment to relieve soreness and assist in removing lactic acid from the muscle tissue.

 * Fine tuning and training - When you need to focus on trouble spots and soft tissue stress points to prevent chronic injury or muscle tears from developing.

Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release is a form of bodywork that targets the deep layers of connective tissue in the body to relieve tension and pain. It is highly effective in releasing chronic holding patterns due to stress, repetitive use, poor posture and scar tissue that has formed as a result of previous injuries or surgery.

Trigger Point Therapy This type of therapy is a therapeutic modality for the relief and control of myofascial pain and dysfunction. The treatment consists of trigger point compression and massage. Success may be measured by the level of pain reduction experienced by the client and through increased range of motion, strength, endurance and other measures of improved function.

Chair (Seated) Massage  Chair massage provides a much appreciated break for for employees who encounter circulatory problems and stiffness inherent with office work.   15 - 30 minutes of massage to the neck, back, arms and hands can increase circulation, reduce tension and raise energy levels making a return to the job more productive.
